Hello. I have a Dell Inspiron N5050 laptop, with Intel CORE i3, running Windows 7. After being invited by Microsoft I tried to upgrade to Windows 10. it seemed to download all files OK, but during Installation it froze with a black screen (no mouse icon).
Now on switching off and on again the Windows motif comes up, then a circle of blobs appears for a minute or so, then the screen goes black and nothing happens.
There is nothing on the hard-drive that I need to keep, but don’t need it wiping. The computer was working fine a couple of days ago.
Would you be able to fix this and install Windows 10?
    How much would that cost?
    Thanks,
    Mark

Apologies, but I switched on the computer to show my son that it wasn’t working and it started telling me that Windows 10 was ready: took a long time as was kept on for over 24 hours.
So your services are no longer needed, but impressed by your website and will keep you in mind if need help in the future.
    Best wishes,
    Mark
